Web29 Dec 2024 · We are using a 2-node cluster (2 x Dell R740) of Storage Spaces Direct for almost 2 years now. Worked without a flaw up until 2 weeks ago, when the iDRAC of the 2nd node reported a predictive failure for one of the HDD's. I called Dell and they delivered the replacement drive the next day.
