Like at level 50 you will probably only be using one full bar worth of skills in combat. At level 80 you will be using over 2 full bars. WebbIts still as it ever was on ps4, juat a tilt of the stick makes you walk slowly. Go into your system Configuration settings/Gamepad settings/ and move your analog stick sensitivity til you can walk again. I have mine set at 30 and I use an Xbox elite controller. Hmmm, I see.
