WebIf you're having trouble using your softphone, the contents of its Debug logs may contain useful troubleshooting information. PhonerLite: Close and re-open PhonerLite. After PhonerLite has restarted, open the Help menu and click on Debug. After replicating the problem at least twice: Open the Debug tab; Highlight the Debug tab's contents; WebLaunch the X-Lite application. You may get prompted for software updates, etc. After the application loads, you will have a screen similar to the following: Right click on the “LCD Screen” and choose Account Settings . Click on Add to create a new SIP account. Go to the “Account” tab and configure as follows:
