WebI’ve gone to bed at 8 pm many times. Why not? It’s especially easy to do when you don’t watch TV. I like to eat dinner between 5 and 6. I’m usually in bed by 7 or 7:30 and do a crossword puzzle or read before going to sleep. Normally I go to sleep somewhere between 8 and 9.
