HEAs typically consist at least five elements in equimolar (or near-equal) according to the definition of high entropy, minimum S ≥ 1.5R (S = RlnN). Owing to the high configuration entropy, HEAs usually have single-phase with simple lattice structures [ 3, 4 ].
