Web4700 is an extremely high amount of bait to have gone through. Don't use fish eyes and make sure snagging is on. Snagging was on the whole time and I never really use fish eyes. I used fish eyes to get mine; still took an insane amount of tries but not nearly that many. Fish eyes is not required for the magic bucket.
