You can outsmart your booze brain by learning to think of it as something other than yourself as well as hear when it’s speaking to you. WebIn my mind, it feels like I’m ready to commit to fully giving up. To drink would (strangely) feel like forcing myself to drink, as opposed to forcing myself to stop. Your book really opened my eyes, and I honestly believe I’m done with alcohol now. Which is bizarre, liberating and, after over twenty years, frankly astounding.
